2009 Public Health Healthcare Conference – organised by The UK Commissioning Public Health Network

This is a conference for Public Health Practitioners, and particularly those involved in commissioning. It will focus on how to get the best from the NHS Contract including legal aspects and delivery of high quality services.

The NHS Contract is a powerful tool which is often underused and poorly understood by those working in Public Health. This conference will provide guidance on the key elements of the contract, including legal aspects, and highlight areas in which contracts can be used to deliver Public Health objectives.
