- Chemotherapy-induced neuropathic pain occurs commonly and is under-recognised and under-treated.
- It can compromise anti-cancer treatment and adversely affects quality of life and activities of daily living.
- Improvement of assessment and further research into treatment will help patients with this difficult pain.
