Appendix D has a list of recommendations for which the evidence has not been updated since the original guideline.

Intended audience: This guideline is relevant to people aged 18 and over with depression, their families and carers and all healthcare professionals involved in their help, treatment and care.

Methodology and development: See Section 2 of the guideline: 'Notes on the scope of the guidance', also Appendices A and B.

Implications for practice: See 'Key priorities for implementation'. NICE has also developed tools to help organisations implement this guidance (see www.nice.org.uk/CG90).
