Commissioned by NLH, this workshop was designed to helpstaff acquire the knowledge and skills to gain "the power to maximise positive outcomes through a process of engagement, discussion, and mutual understanding."
A total of twelve face to face Influencing Skills Workshops were run in 2009. At least one workshop will took place in each of the 10 English Strategic Health Authority areas.
