The prospectus has been developed through the County Durham PCT Annual Operational Plan for 2008/09 which sets out detailed plans for improving health and well being, reducing health inequalities and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety for the people of Durham. County Durham PCT has developed its annual plan in partnership with Darlington PCT. The prospectus has been prepared to highlight the PCT’s priorities in 2008/09 for both local people and for potential service providers.
